We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education.

Duties:
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery environment
- Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
Skills:
- Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive to create a stimulating and engaging environment for children
- Proficient in English language
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
Details:
Join us in creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children to learn and grow.
You will have set hours each week, which will be agreed before your start date. You will need to be able to start at 8am and finish at 5pm at least two days per week. The hours will be over 3-4 days each week. You will also need to be available to help with occasional holiday clubs, training, evening meetings and special events at weekends. The nursery is predominantly term-time, with some weeks of holiday club.
Experience in a Level 3 practitioner role is essential. We would love you to have additional training in Outdoor Learning and/or Forest School, or a very keen interest in pursuing this.
