NTB Outdoors is a fast-growing watersports business specialising in kayaks, paddleboards, canoes and watersports accessories. We are a small, ambitious team with big plans, and we are looking for a driven, hard-working person to join us on a part-time basis.
This is not just a basic shop role. We need someone who wants to get stuck in, learn quickly, work hard and become a real part of the business.
The role covers three sides of what we do. You will sell kayaks, paddleboards and watersports equipment to customers in-store, help with outreach to large activity centres, watersports providers and outdoor businesses, and take an active part in running and growing our website and Shopify store. You will also help with day-to-day operations, including packaging overnight orders, preparing stock, keeping the showroom tidy and improving the way we do things.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, adaptable and confident speaking to customers. You do not need to know everything about watersports already, but you do need to be a fast learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.
The role will include:
- Selling kayaks, paddleboards and accessories to customers in-store
- Speaking with trade customers, activity centres and outdoor businesses
- Following up leads and helping grow B2B sales
- Maintaining and developing our website and Shopify store
- Keeping existing product listings accurate and up to date
- Uploading new products and creating new listings
- Using AI tools to work smarter and make our processes more efficient
- Packaging and preparing overnight orders
- Helping with stock, showroom displays and general day-to-day tasks
- Improving processes and helping the business become more efficient
- Getting involved wherever needed as part of a small team
We are looking for someone who is:
