Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our team at The Toastery and also work Saturday evenings at our Supper Club. This role offers flexible hours between 20-30 hours per week, with evenings off midweek and guaranteed Sundays off, making it perfect for those looking to balance work and personal life. As part of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively and environmentally conscious setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Provide excellent guest services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales.
- Maintain food safety standards according to regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
