NQ introductions
AG prioritises the consideration of internal trainees for NQ positions. After extending and finalising offers to internal candidates, should there remain any unfilled vacancies or specific roles for which our internal trainee cohort did not apply, or were perhaps unsuccessful in securing their first choice, we will offer these opportunities to them once more. If these positions remain unfilled following this step, we will then proceed to advertise these vacancies externally once the appropriate sign-off has been authorised via HR and Finance. Occasionally, we will have a vacancy that is only advertised internally and if not filled, it's closed off and not taken out to the external market.
