Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Seamstress to manufacture luxury made-to-measure Roman blinds and curtains.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience producing Roman blinds
- Experience making bespoke curtains and soft furnishings
- Excellent sewing machine skills
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Smiths Blinds has been manufacturing quality window furnishings since 2005 and is one of the North West’s leading independent manufacturers of blinds, curtains and shutters.

About you
Good spoken English
Be able to hand sew and use an industrial sewing machine
Soft furnishings experience preferable
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines without comprising on quality.
Experienced at following a brief whilst working accurately and precisely.
Has a ‘can do’ and flexible attitude.
Is honest, energetic, reliable, great timekeeper, able to work in a team or alone, unsupervised.
Salary will depend on Experience
