Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Brewery Assistant to join our Production Team.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production brewery, where you'll become an integral part of the team responsible for packaging thousands of litres of beer every week. You'll work across our kegging, cask racking and canning operations, helping ensure every beer leaves the brewery to the highest standards of quality, consistency and food safety.
You'll also gain valuable experience supporting cellar operations, quality assurance and brewing activities, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the brewing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate kegging, cask racking and canning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare packaging materials and complete production changeovers.
- Carry out routine in-process quality checks and accurately complete production records.
- Clean and sanitise packaging equipment, tanks and associated pipework.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards throughout the brewery.
- Support beer transfers, fermentation monitoring and cellar activities.
- Assist brewing operations when required.
- Follow HACCP, SALSA and internal quality procedures.
- Identify and report equipment faults or quality concerns.
- Work collaboratively with Brewing, QA and Warehouse teams to deliver the production plan.

Previous experience in brewing or food and drink manufacturing would be advantageous, but is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
