About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional, confidential support to a busy executive who owns and manages multiple businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the executive's day-to-day activities across their various business ventures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Proactively manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as the executive's primary point of contact, handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism and discretion. Manage communication flow for the executive's businesses as needed.
- Business & Project Support: Conduct research and gather information relevant to the executive's various businesses. Support them with project management tasks across their business ventures.
- Meeting & Event Support: Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings across the executive's businesses. Take minutes and follow up on action items. Assist with organizing and coordinating business events.
- Administrative Support: Manage the executive's inbox, prioritize tasks, and maintain filing systems for their various business interests. Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a high-level executive with multiple business interests.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks, manage deadlines across various projects, and anticipate the executive's needs.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, maintain confidentiality, and effectively manage communication for multiple business entities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software programs.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to the needs of diverse business ventures.
Hybrid Working:
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a split between working in our Bristol office and remotely.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
