Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Cottingham Parks. Based on Woodhill Way, this role is vital in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food & drink service areas.
- Assist in food safety compliance and hygiene practices.
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to quality service at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is ideal
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or holiday/leisure club setting is preferred.
- Barista experience is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
- Over the age of 18 due to occasional lone working and sale of alcohol.
