We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker / External Works Operative to join our team carrying out a range of external property and site works.
The role involves working on social housing contracts and site projects completing clearance, groundwork, fencing and external improvement works.
Key Responsibilities
- House and garden clearance
- Property void clearance and preparation
- Paving and fencing repairs and installation
- General groundwork and external maintenance
- Loading, removing and disposing of waste materials
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Grounds maintenance
- Site clearance
Requirements
- Experience in groundworks, fencing, landscaping or construction
- Physically fit and able to carry out outdoor manual work
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- CSCS card

- DBS check
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- Working from heights certificate
- Manual handling certificate
