Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we're looking for skilled HGV Technicians to join a friendly and supportive team at our busy Heathrow location.

The Opportunity:
You'll be joining a diverse and fast-paced workshop where no two days are the same. You'll need to be confident working under time pressure, thinking on your feet and using your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Most importantly, you'll be part of a team that works together to deliver an excellent service to customers.
The business is committed to developing its Technicians, with manufacturer training provided both face-to-face at dedicated training centres and through e-learning.

Service Technician:
Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum
- Overtime: £28.85 per hour
- 1 in 3 Saturday rota: additional £2,452 per annum
- Shift allowance: £3,000 per annum
- 5 additional hours' overtime per week, where available: £6,923 per annum
- Annual bonus: £6,000
- Potential OTE: £58,375
Diagnostic Technician:
Basic salary up to £44,000 per annum
- Overtime: £31.73 per hour
- 1 in 3 Saturday rota: additional £2,697 per annum
- Shift allowance: £3,000 per annum
- 5 additional hours' overtime per week, where available: £7,615 per annum
- Annual bonus: £6,000
- Potential OTE: £63,312
EV Qualified? Earn Even More:
If you hold an EV qualification – IMI Level 3 or Level 4 – you could receive an additional £2,000 on your basic salary.

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for experienced HGV Technicians who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on HGV Technician experience
- Relevant technical qualifications or proven technical experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Strong communication skills
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Good organisation and the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- A strong understanding of health and safety requirements
Salary will be dependent on your experience and manufacturer certifications. Evidence of relevant manufacturer training/certification will be required at interview.
