We are currently urgently recruiting for 2 Part-Time Healthcare Assistant positions for Domiciliary care in the DL15 area. If you are compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Shift Patterns
We offer flexible and varied shift patterns, including:
* Short shifts

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Supporting clients with daily living activities
* Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals
* Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans
* Providing emotional support, companionship, and reassurance
* Supporting mobility and safe transfers
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
* Accurately documenting care provided using basic IT systems
* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred
* Ability to understand and follow care plans
* Basic IT skills for care documentation
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* A valid UK driving licence is essential
