Established in 2003, Symbiosis is an award-winning exhibition and event contractor, designing and delivering exceptional exhibition stands, event environments and brand experiences throughout the UK, Europe and North America.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team based at our Andover production facility.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting our warehouse operations and installation crews, ensuring every project leaves our warehouse on time, in perfect condition and ready for installation.
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have at least 1 year's experience working in a warehouse, logistics or production environment.
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence, as the role includes driving company vehicles to support our installation teams.
- Live in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Andover, as this is a full-time, site-based position.
Applications that do not meet these essential criteria are unlikely to be considered.
The Role
Reporting to our Warehouse & Installations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing exhibition stands, graphics and equipment for upcoming events.
- Picking, packing and checking equipment ready for dispatch.
- Loading and unloading company vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Receiving deliveries and checking stock.
- Maintaining accurate stock control and warehouse organisation.
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, tidy and operating safely at all times.
- Preparing materials and equipment for our installation crews working across the UK and Europe.
- Assisting with the maintenance and organisation of company equipment.
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required.
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has at least 1 year's warehouse, logistics or production experience and is confident working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Has a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Is organised and pays close attention to detail.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Is flexible and willing to help wherever required.
A forklift truck licence would be an advantage, and experience within the exhibition or events industry would be beneficial, although not essential.
