PAINTER
SITE: ODYSSEY, Site wide
LOCATION: Queens Quay, Belfast, BT3 9QQ
RESPONSIBLE TO: Facilities Manager
TERMS: 40hrs per week – flexibility is required due to the nature of the event industry.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This is an exciting time to join the Odyssey Trust who manage and operate O2 Belfast; comprised of the O2 Arena, Pavilion, W5 & W5 Life, and the complex-associated car park and exterior grounds. The post holder will be integral part of the Site Wide Facilities team, maintaining the O2 Belfast estate and its assets to the highest standard.
Essential Criteria
- At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified painter preferable in a similar role / environment.
- Energetic and motivated individual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
- CSR card
- IPAF License
- Driving license
- NVQ level 3 Qualification – Painting
- Good IT knowledge
Salary
£29,850 per annum
