Customer Excellence Advisor
Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Part time 26 hours per week - Monday - Friday 2.15pm till 7.30pm

Our business provides a next day supply and distribution service through our nationwide network of distribution depots.
This is a Part-time opportunity for you to join our Customer Excellence Team.
What you will be doing
· Supporting customers and answering/resolving customer enquiries concerning orders placed or to be placed.
· Handling order issues and referring calls to other departments where necessary.
· Entering customer order information on to a computer database efficiently and accurately.
· Using initiative based upon experience to make informed judgements about customer orders.
· Always adopting a friendly, positive, customer-focused attitude: listening to customer needs and communicating clearly to maximise confidence and increase satisfaction.
· Working closely with other NVS departments to meet the needs of our customers

Who we are looking for
· Excellent telephone skills and manner
· Good written skills
· IT literate and confident as a user of digital/electronic systems
· Able to demonstrate high levels of customer service excellence
· Flexible approach to working hours
· Excellent attendance and time keeping record
· Possess a fully engaged attitude
· Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads at peak times without it affecting performance
· Ability to manage sensitive and critical customer information
· Knowledge of the veterinary industry would be an advantage
· Enjoys working in a close team environment
