Job Description
You will be providing assistance in the role of Case Management Administrator to support the Office Manager to ensure the company delivers a Case Management service to our clients that is devoted to the coordination, rehabilitation, care and support of people with complex clinical needs. This will be done within the ethos of the company, which is based also around treating people with kindness, respect, dignity and compassion.
Professional responsibilities:
You will be expected to represent Resurgence Case Management in a positive and professional manner in your role as Case Management Administrator.
You will be expected to maintain any training requirements commensurate with your role.
General Responsibilities
· Assist with the general day to day running of the service by being a central point of contact for the Office Manager, Case Managers, Clients, Families, Support teams, Professionals and External Agencies, including answering the office phone line during office hours and directing messages as required.
· To complete daily data inputting via Case Management system Qunote, ensuring data is input in a timely manner to achieve invoicing deadlines.
· Provide administration services to Case Managers and Assistant Case Manager as required which vary in range and are dependent on the client’s needs, for example sourcing suitable and reputable tradespeople for home maintenance jobs or booking client holidays, this also may extend to minute taking at MDT meetings.
· Assist with client and company purchases, by following the company’s financial recording procedures.
· Assist Office Manager and Assistant Case Manager as required with recruitment administration for support staff, ensuring CQC compliance standards are met.
· To ensure that all of your activities (including record keeping) meet with CQC requirements and that you work with colleagues and the Company to ensure these requirements are met across the whole company structure and all relevant activities.
· Assist Office Manager as required to increase company efficiency and compliance by ongoing monitoring and auditing, including the ability to use Excel to complete the associated tasks.
· During your employment you will devote the whole of your time, attention and skill during normal working hours to the carrying out of your duties under this contract, and you will not engage in any activities which would conflict with the proper performance of your duties or with our business interests.

· To be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and Case Managers with managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining and building solid working relationships.

· To ensure that your responsibilities to maintaining safeguarding is integral to all activities you undertake, and you follow safeguarding guidelines closely and ventilate any concerns to colleagues.

Knowledge
· Preferred knowledge of case management or health and social care industry
· Previous experience of working in an administrative based role and ability to use ITC and MS Office to a high standard is required
Qualifications
· Educated to GCSE level

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,300.00 per year
