Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baby / Toddler Room Practitioners to join our childcare team! Duties
- Supervise and engage with babies and toddlers, providing age-appropriate activities that promote development and curiosity
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times by adhering to health and safety protocols
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages children’s independence, social skills, and emotional growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's progress, needs, and daily experiences
- Lead daily routines including feeding, nappy changing, sleep schedules, and playtime activities
- Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities that support early childhood development milestones
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and any incidents or concerns
What are we looking for?
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is desirable
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and professionalism
- Valid childcare qualifications or certifications relevant to early childhood education (preferred)
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
