Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial environments
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas according to health and safety standards
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the appropriate personnel
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete cleaning within scheduled timeframes to meet operational requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts (6am - 9am, two days per week)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures is advantageous
