You will be part of a team responsible for preparing and presenting high quality homemade food in a clean and efficient tea room environment. The role focuses on traditional tea room dishes homemade soup, quiches, baked goods along side light meals.
Key Responsibilities
prepare and cook tea lounge menu item including sandwiches, soup, salads, light meals
assist with baking cakes, scones etc
maintain a clean organised kitchen
stock rotation
assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
