Job Summary
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Practitionersto join our team at Bucklebury Farm Day Nursery - opening summer 2026!
Our nursery will offer a calm, nurturing and nature-focused environment where children can explore, learn and grow.
Set within the 70 acres of Bucklebury Farm, which the children and staff will get to help on and explore daily.
Hours
40 hours per week - 5 days a week
Responsibilities
· Providing high quality care for children aged 0–5
- Planning engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Encouraging outdoor exploration and learning
- Building positive relationships with families
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment
Requirements
· Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Knowledge of the EYFS
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Passion for outdoor learning and child development

Bucklebury Farm is located in a rural setting with no public transport access, so applicants must have reliable transport to travel to and from the nursery daily.
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide references.
