What you'll do:
- Develop and execute the organisation's digital transformation strategy.
- Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Oversee digital transformation programmes from planning through successful implementation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.
- Drive process automation, systems integration, and digital innovation across the organisation.
- Manage cross-functional teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and key transformation metrics.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create business value.
- Ensure digital initiatives comply with governance, cybersecurity, and organisational standards.
- Mentor and develop technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital transformation, technology management, IT operations, business transformation, project management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise systems, process automation, cybersecurity, or digital platforms is beneficial.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex technology programmes and organisational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £7,000.00-£9,300.00 per month
