We are currently looking for a GRP Assembler & Repairer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role working with GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) products, involving the assembly, finishing and repair of components to a high standard.
Key Duties
· Assembly of GRP components and products
· Carrying out GRP repairs and remedial work
· Trimming, grinding, sanding and finishing components
· Identifying defects and completing repairs to the required standard
· Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
· Following drawings, specifications and work instructions
· Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
· Carrying out quality checks on completed work
Hours of Work
Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 12:30pm
Early finish every Friday.
About You
Previous experience working with GRP, fibreglass, composites, body repair, assembly or a similar manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
