We are looking for an experienced and passionate Support Worker / to join our welcoming team in our therapeutic 2-bed children's home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Role
Support Worker / Team Leader, you will need:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Minimum 1 year's experience working within a children's residential care, supported accommodation, or similar setting
- Experience leading shifts or supporting staff within a residential environment
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships with young people
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
