We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our friendly, family-run team in Worthing. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
We manufacture rubber gaskets and seals for customers across a wide range of industries. No previous experience is necessary – we'll provide full training and support to help you develop your skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Cutting and joining rubber extrusions to create round and square gaskets
- Trimming moulded rubber components to a high standard
- Carrying out a variety of hand fabrication tasks
- Working from measurements and technical drawings
- Helping to maintain the high quality our customers expect
What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and a steady hand
- Good manual dexterity and practical skills
- Confidence working with measurements (or a willingness to learn)
- The ability to work carefully and consistently as part of a team

40 hour week - 7:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Wed, 7:30am - 5:00pm Thurs and 7:30am - 1:00pm Fri
