The Fellas Group is currently seeking qualified Energy Awareness Advisors to support our growing operations across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have successfully completed the Level 3 Certificate in Energy Awareness (City & Guilds 6132) and are looking to develop their career within the energy efficiency and sustainability sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver energy awareness advice and guidance to residents and customers.
- Support individuals in reducing energy consumption and improving energy efficiency.
- Assist with identifying eligibility for energy-saving schemes and support programmes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Provide professional and customer-focused support at all times.
Requirements
- Level 3 Certificate in Energy Awareness (City & Guilds 6132) or Dip DEA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience within energy advice, housing, retrofit, community engagement, or customer service.
- Knowledge of fuel poverty initiatives and energy efficiency programmes.
