Internationally renowned for creating quality licensed collectibles and replicas (including Harry Potter, Lord of The Rings, Game of Thrones, DC, Minecraft, Wicked!) The Noble Collection are looking for customer centric Retail Sales Assistants to be based in our (two) concessions in Hamleys on Regent Street London, as well as in our own store in Covent Garden.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and a consultative selling approach
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor
- Re-merchandise products
- Operate electronic cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Keep up-to-date on product information to effectively communicate features, materials and specifications to customers
- Assist with inventory management / replenishment as needed
Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales and an interest in Licensed products / Pop Culture is preferred, though a willingness to learn about our products and Licenses is more essential
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Excellent time-keeping
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written communication) is essential, additional language skills are desirable
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
