This is an exciting opportunity to lead on commissioning across social care within the Strategic Commissioning and Care markets team with a focus on Residential and Nursing Services. We are looking for a Commissioning Project Officer to join our team, on a fixed term arrangement, to support delivery of the following:
- System transformation through commissioning in a collaborative way between social care and health, including working on significant commissioning projects and workstreams and supporting large scale programme, most notably supporting and leading on elements of our Residential Block contract transformation, alongside supporting transformation of the wider Residential and Nursing market.
- Supporting high-quality joint monitoring, contracting and commissioning across Norfolk’s Residential and Nursing care market with a focus on delivering improved social and health outcomes for our population.
- Building strong relationships, engagement and joint working between social care and care market partners to support our local system.
We are seeking an individual to support high-quality commissioning of social care and health services. You should have experience of working on projects and analysing data and an ability to provide pro-active support to members of the management team with good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The role will be based in County Hall but and will include engagement and working with partners across Norfolk & Waveney, alongside opportunities for hybrid working.
