Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately
- Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety standards and legal regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout the shift
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve customers courteously and professionally
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and friendliness
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
