We’re Dirty Blondes — Blackpool’s late-night dive bar — and we’re on the hunt for confident, high-energy bartenders to join our crew. If you’ve got the personality, the hustle, and the want to learn (or shake up a killer cocktail), we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
● Serving guests with confidence and following our service cycle
● Cash handling & till work
● Thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
● Bringing basic bartending skills – or the drive to learn on the job
● Keeping the place looking sharp with regular cleaning duties
● Delivering top-tier customer service with personality
What we’re looking for:
● Passion for the bar scene and a love of late nights
● Willingness to learn, improve, and get stuck in
● A solid work ethic and reliable vibes
