We're looking for an Events & Operations Support Manager to play a key role in supporting our Operations Manager and site teams across a diverse portfolio of premium workplace restaurants and hospitality venues. From coordinating events and supporting day-to-day operations to managing administration, HR processes and invoicing, you'll be at the heart of keeping everything running smoothly.

THE ROLE
- Support Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of multiple sites

Coordinate client events and ensure every detail is organised from start to finish

Manage HR administration, onboarding paperwork and employee documentation

Process invoices, purchase orders and support financial administration

Maintain accurate records, reports and operational documentation

Support recruitment, compliance and people administration

Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers and internal teams

Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational excellence

Provide hands-on support to sites whenever required
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience within operations, events, hospitality or administration

Excellent organisational and time management skills

The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent attention to detail

Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
