We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café & Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front of house team at Giffnock Café & Bar.
We're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality alongside great food. Our menus are built around fresh, seasonal ingredients, with everything prepared from scratch by our kitchen team. We're looking for someone who shares that passion and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- A skilled barista with a passion for producing consistently great coffee.
- Experience preparing classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Good knowledge of wine, with confidence making recommendations to guests.
- A genuine love of fresh food and quality hospitality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Calm, organised and able to thrive in a busy service.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the front of house team during service.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences from start to finish.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Train and develop team members.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Help drive sales through excellent product knowledge and genuine hospitality.
