SYNC Vehicle Systems we are looking for a highly capable, technically minded Commercial Vehicle Accessory Installer to join our expanding team
Responsibilities include performing modifications and installations of after market equipment, auto electrical works and observing relevant safety regulations. You should work efficiently and ensure that all work is completed safely with a keen eye for detail.
What will you be doing?
We are on the look out for a positive and experienced person to join us as a Commercial Vehicle Accessory Installer where you will be responsible for the following:
To install aftermarket accessories to vehicles including;
- Van racking & storage systems
- Commercial vehicle lighting products
- Carrying out bespoke vehicle conversions
- Installation of on-board auxiliary power systems
- Commercial tow-bars
- Vehicle lining kits
- Electrical accessories including cameras, heaters and parking sensors
- Commercial vehicle locks and security products
Other responsibilities
- Ensuring the quality and safety of the products installed to vehicles
- Follow customer requirements and specifications
- Successfully update and complete vehicle schedules using our planning system
- Keep work area clean and tidy
What are we looking for?
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Prior practical experience preferred especially with automotive electrical installation work
- Strong technical knowledge to spec jobs independently
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fabrication skills desired
- Confident with hand and power tools
- Great attitude and customer service skills
- A valid and clean driver license

Pay: £16.50-£18.00 per hour
