We are looking for a dynamic and driven leader to supervise, and support a team of social workers within the children's assessment and safeguarding team (CASS).
What will my day look like?
You will provide strong and decisive leadership and be responsible for the quality and impact of decisions, practice, performance and outcomes in relation to the functions for which the post holder has accountability.
Supported by a strong leadership structure and a genuine commitment to developing talent, we champion internal progression from ASYE through to Service Director, celebrating success and supporting colleagues every step of the way.
You will be empowered to thrive through regular reflective supervision, relationship-based practice, and accessible, proactive managers who create the conditions for success.
