Duties
- Measure, cut, and assemble UPVC profiles using hand tools and power tools to create window and door frames.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, and screwdrivers to complete assembly tasks with precision.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet safety standards and design requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or fabrication area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and replenishing supplies as needed.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Experience with assembly processes in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with UPVC materials, their properties, and handling techniques is advantageous.
