Cook’d Brands is a fast-growing food brand group operating across 200+ restaurant locations on Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
We are hiring a hands-on Field Trainer to train and support our restaurant partners across the UK.
You will visit partner kitchens, train teams on our brands and products, support new launches and ensure Cook’d standards are consistently maintained.
This is a practical, field-based role for someone with strong restaurant experience who is confident working directly with owners, managers and kitchen teams.
The Role
- Deliver hands-on training to restaurant and kitchen teams
- Train teams on recipes, preparation, portioning, presentation and packaging
- Ensure sites have the correct equipment, stock and materials before launch
- Support teams through new brand launches and live service
- Complete site audits and identify areas requiring improvement
- Provide follow-up coaching where standards are not being maintained
- Build strong working relationships with restaurant owners and managers
- Record training outcomes, site issues and agreed actions
- Work closely with Partner Success, Supply Chain and Operations
- Represent Cook’d Brands professionally at every partner location
What We Are Looking For
- Experience within restaurant operations, QSR, hospitality training or kitchen management
- Strong understanding of how a commercial kitchen operates
- Experience training or coaching restaurant teams
- Confident demonstrating products and correcting poor execution
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and overnight stays
Experience within food delivery, franchising or multi-site restaurant operations would be an advantage.
