Our team provides tailored treatment plans in a welcoming and supportive environment. Due to growing demand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced self-employed Physiotherapist to join our team.
Role Summary:
At the clinic you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help our patients recover, manage pain, and improve physical function. The role includes both new patient assessments and ongoing treatment sessions, working closely with other members of our team and other relevant medical bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalised treatment plans
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
- Provide guidance on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Monitor and document patient progress using our clinic software
- Collaborate with other team members and disciplines
- Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to best practice standards
- Contribute to team meetings, and CPD activities
- Participate in marketing initiatives where appropriate
- Maintain a client visit average (CVA) of 6+ and help to boost the membership base of the clinic
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- CSP membership
- Registered with the DBS update service
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience (MSK focus) in the UK health system.
- Strong manual therapy and rehabilitation skills
- Strong MSK and Orthopaedic experience.
- History of a client visit average of 6+
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain client visit average above 6 sessions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate.
