Summary
'Clinical Deputy Manager' at Prestige Group Ltd is a vital leadership role based in Ingleby Barwick, responsible for overseeing clinical operations within our elder care facilities. This position plays a key part in maintaining our standards of excellence and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate clinical teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Support staff development through training and supervision.
- Manage clinical documentation and reporting accurately.
- Practise as a nurse in charge, ensuring high standards of nursing care to residents
- To undertake nursing tasks, including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
- Uphold the company's commitment to dignity, respect, and quality in all aspects of care.
- Implement innovative practices to improve service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning for clinical services.
- Qualifications
- RGN, RMN or RNLD with Valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience in nursing home or elder care settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare or nursing.
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous improvement.

Pay: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
