We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Potwasher to join our team. As a Potwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for use in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation areas are sanitized to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the equipment
- Ensure that all kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment are kept clean and organized
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand f
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
