We are a small friendly rural dispensing practice looking to expand our nursing team. We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team. If you are looking for a new challenge or a new work environment, please get in touch.
Hours are negotiable but need 14-16 hours and salary depending on experience.
Main duties will include:
- Venepuncture
- ECG's
- Blood pressure
- Urine Testing
- Undertaking and recording measurements of height and weight
- To carry out new patient health checks
- Preparing and assisting with coil fittings/implants
- To ensure stock items are ordered and provided in the clinical rooms and emergency equipment is maintained
- Chaperone when required
We aim to provide the opportunity for a successful candidate to extend their skill set with supervision and training.
