An enthusiastic and committed Van Driver/Catering assistant is required to assist with the day to day running and operation of a very busy sandwich shop and catering business. The position is both challenging and varied. You will need to be hard working, flexible and have good timekeeping, as well as a good level of physical fitness as some heavy lifting is involved.A Basic Food Hygiene qualification would be beneficial, however, training can be given.This position involves driving to collect and deliver buffets, working in the kitchen, assisting in the meal delivery service , and cleaning and tidying away after service, maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.The position is required for 16-30 hours per week between 6.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
A full clean driving licence is essential as well as very good customer service skills and you must be well presented at all times.
