We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping and General Cleaning Staff to join our vibrant team at our holiday cottages in Ashbourne. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and overall cleanliness of the cottages. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service and quality of Housekeeping.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed
- Strong team work ethics and willing to step forward to cover any team members absence
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts.
- Understanding of health and safety standards and practices within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
- A passion for hospitality and providing memorable experiences for guests.
We are happy to discuss if you want to work for us under a self-employed contract and the pay rate may vary from the listed pay rate.
