Duties
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Deliver high-quality patient care by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing dental supplies efficiently
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care by visiting the premises once a week 30-40£/ hour one hour/week.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using IT systems, adhering to confidentiality standards
- Support appointment scheduling, patient communication, and follow-up processes to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Collaborate with the team to uphold infection control protocols and clinic cleanliness standards
- Communicate clearly with patients in English, addressing questions and providing reassurance throughout their visit
Requirements
- Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare or dental setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT literacy for maintaining electronic health records and appointment systems
- Knowledge of nursing principles or previous nursing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating professionalism and empathy

Pay: £13.00-£30.00 per hour
