Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in recruitment and workforce planning, preferably within a public sector environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
