About us
Namie Home is a premium homeware brand, started back in 2021 by our two directors as a hobby and now grown into a busy, fast-moving business. We run a pick and pack warehouse dispatching customer orders, and we're looking for a reliable part-timer to join our small team.
This isn't a big faceless warehouse, and it isn't a normal warehouse job doing the same one task all day. You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with a small, tight-knit team and directly with the founders. What you do genuinely moves the needle for the business, and you'll see the impact of your work every single day. It's a real chance to grow with us, and several of our team started here with no experience.
What you'll do
The days are varied, which keeps things interesting:
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Use our labelling machines to get products ready to ship
- Return and stock management
- Keep the warehouse tidy and help with general day-to-day tasks
- Regular lifting and moving of stock, on your feet throughout the shift
What we're looking for
- Reliable and hardworking. Turns up on time and takes pride in getting it right
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and an active day
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn. No experience needed, we'll train you
- Someone looking for a role they can stick with and grow into

Job Specifics
- Working hours: Zero hour contract, expected minimum of 2 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- No experience needed, full training given
