Working with the production team in various departments the tasks may include:
- Production: preparing mixes for the cooks ensuring all ingredients are ready for the cooking process to begin across our range of kettles, brat pans, chargrills & ovens.
- Packing, racking up and getting the products ready to chill within the desired specifications and packing the products to each of our customers requirements.
- Complete paperwork accurately, timely and ensure strict compliance to traceability where necessary.
- Carry out hygiene tasks as required to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Guaranteeing that quality, environmental and Health and Safety standards are continuously met.
- Compliance with food safety rules and regulations.
Previous experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided including L2 Food Safety Certification & Manual Handling.
Our night production team work Sunday - Thursday from 22.00 - 06.00am
