Lettings Negotiator – Monkey vs Owl

Monkey vs Owl are looking for an ambitious, confident and organised Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team as we continue to expand across Derbyshire and prepare to open our new branch.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, working towards targets and being part of a modern independent agency with genuine progression opportunities.
Previous experience in lettings or estate agency is preferred, however strong customer service or sales experience will also be considered.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Negotiating lets and progressing tenancies
- Managing landlord and tenant communication
- Generating new business opportunities
- Following up leads and maintaining accurate Alto notes
- Assisting with move-ins, inventories and tenancy progression
- Supporting the wider lettings and sales team where required

- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Estate agency or lettings experience advantageous

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
