Contract: Permanent. 40 hours per week.
Schedule: 4/5 10:30 - 20:00 (any 4 days between Mon-Fri), Sunday 13:00 - 20:00.
About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Mid Shift Supervisor in our Causeway Prime division to lead the supervisory role regarding the Outbound loading operations of our retail outlets and comply with safety and quality standards, whilst coordinating loading staff, ensuring all products and pallets are wrapped, scanned, secured, and loaded accurately to support safe distribution processes, service accuracy and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
People: Manage all People related matters in a professional and positive manner. Stock Rotation: Ensure all stock is correctly counted and rotated. Make sure you have all stock required.
Accuracy: Picking orders correct first time every time
Quality Control: Checking for anything which would not meet our highest standard.
Leadership & Communication: Supervise loading operatives and maintain standards. Escalate issues and risks promptly. Assign tasks and manage manpower based on workload and priorities. Communicate issues with Line Manager.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- 2 + years experience working in a warehouse, picking, or replenishment environment.
- 2 + years experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced operation.
- Counter Balance licence. Basic computer skills.
Work Authorisation
- Must be eligible to work in United Kingdom.
- Position is on-site, based in Coleraine.
