Salary: £12.75–£13.25 per hour + paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage reimbursement

We provide practical support tailored to each client's lifestyle, including housekeeping, errands, companionship and everyday assistance.
We are looking for reliable, caring and professional people to join our team as Home & Lifestyle Support Assistants.
About the Role
Housekeeping and maintaining a clean, comfortable and organised home will form a significant part of this role.
You will support clients with tasks such as:
- Domestic cleaning and housekeeping
- Laundry and ironing
- Changing bed linen
- Shopping and errands
- Basic meal preparation
- Home organisation
- Companionship
- Accompanying clients to appointments and activities
- Helping with everyday tasks
This is a varied role where you will build trusted relationships with clients and make a genuine difference to their daily lives.
Initially, support is provided primarily Monday to Friday. As Assistome grows, opportunities for weekend working may become available, and flexibility will be appreciated.
This is not a personal care role and does not involve washing, dressing, medication administration or hands-on personal care.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in housekeeping or domestic cleaning
- Pride in delivering high standards
- Friendly, dependable and trustworthy approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Appropriate motor insurance for business use (including transporting clients where required)
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
- Available to work weekdays, with flexibility to work some weekends as the service grows.
