Desire Cocktail Bar is an award-winning independent cocktail bar located within Stoke-on-Trent's Cultural Quarter. Since opening, we have built a reputation for creative cocktails, genuine hospitality, community engagement and delivering memorable guest experiences.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our management team and help us drive the next chapter of Desire.
The Role
This is a leadership position and is ideal for someone looking to progress beyond bartending and take greater responsibility within a growing independent business.
You will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting the team, maintaining standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality.
- Support and develop team members.
- Ensure drinks are served consistently to specification.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Support stock control and wastage management.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Promote events, experiences and new initiatives.
- Help drive sales through recommendations and guest engagement.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
Pay: £22,420.00-£25,468.92 per year
