Job Summary
We are a Therapeutic Children's Homes (PACE) and are seeking two compassionate and dedicated residential support worker, to work within a children's home with an established team, and an experienced Manager. We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker and a Residential Support Worker.
Duties
- Build trusting relationships with children.
- Supporting recreational and educational activities.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environments
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals .
- Maintain accurate records.
- Support children in childcare duties when required, ensuring a nurturing environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence
- Experience working with children is beneficial for roles involving childcare responsibilities.
- Familiarity with developing care plans is desirable but not mandatory; guidance will be offered.

Pay: £12.75-£14.75 per hour
