Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office & CFPwinMan
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support invoicing processes and financial record keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory and organise procurement as needed
- Provide general administrative support to team members to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Good typing speed with attention to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst supporting team objectives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
